Why this exists
Most reading goals don't fail on day one. They fail on day nine, when you're four chapters behind and the arithmetic gets discouraging. This does that arithmetic for you, every day, and rewrites the plan when you ask it to.

Pacing counts chapters and sections, and chapters differ in length — Psalm 119 and Psalm 117 both count as one. Treat the daily assignment as a guide, not a ruler.
